Is there an easy way to renew the criminal records from your home country or is the only way to reapply from home?
I was originally planning on applying for temporary residence once finding permsnent work, so i applied for background criminal check (uk) back in december and it was apostilled in late jan.
I ended up only getting to ba in march unaware that the criminal record apparently is only valid for 90 days and now being may, obviously those 90 days have passed. I havent returned home since then, and dont plan to until dec.
i was just wondering if there is an easier way to obtain a new criminal record.
Obviously i could pay again to get it done, and get someone to resend it to be apostilled and sent to me (but there is no guarentee that it will arrive safely or within much time of 90days of it being created)
Ps..if you are wondering how i came to the 90 day expiry conclusion, i sent an email to migraciones. Whether this is set in stone or not, i dont know.
