One of the things I'm waiting for is the second set of electronic keys and to increase the internet speed, so I can't exactly do it myself. It's not super urgent either but I'm amazed it has been 2 weeks and 9 "en breve te aviso" or "manana".

Funny thing is this is the highest commision I have ever paid to a real estate agent anywhere and the worst service. What drives me nuts is in person they promise things that are not necessary, they could just have said we don't have a second set of keys but they say yes to everything and even volunteer to do it fast.
 
Real estate agents here are the biggest leeches you will come across anywhere in the world.
