I'll be studying in Buenos Aires from June and I was wonderng if anyone would know of anyone who'd like to share or a number or contact that I can reach to find out about renting in Palermo or close to 9 de Julio (Reasonable).

You can try Craigs list, there are generally lots of ads for shared apartments. But be careful when dealing with landlords - mine have all been great over the years, but I hear many horror stories. And I would pay for anything via transfer from the US. Do you have anyone localñ who check it out and reserve it for you?

Thanks alot for the tip, I'll be a student there though so it'll def be something reasonable and I'll have to see where it is first. I'm not to keen on sharing with alot of ppl I dont know..and I have an idea how landlords are with foreigners...automatically it's a triple price...hmmm!

I do have a friend who can check it out...thanks for the reminder
