Residency and DNI Question for 2025 Latest Laws

Hi Expats,

I'm from Bangladesh, my passport is not VISA free (Note that Kindly)

QUESTION 1:
Do you find any institutions which grant "Student VISA +365" for Spanish Language courses for foreigners? I get that language courses are mostly grant "Student VISA -365"

QUESTION 2:
Do you find any University that has English Medium Undergraduation or Degree course for foreigners?

QUESTION 3:
If I have "Student VISA -365", does here any way or loophole to get a DNI (without childbirth or marriage)? I read that If I have a DNI, I can be able to change the VISA status within the country to a work permit (or other VISA status) and then I will be able to apply for citizenship after 2 years
