Residency through non-Argentine spouse

Hi, has anyone gone through the PR process with a Brazilian spouse, where both of you are applying at the same time? (I'm a US citizen, she's eligible for permanent residency under Ley 26240) Did Migraciones do the interview too, or is that reserved for when you marry someone with an existing residency/citizenship?

Mostly trying to figure out what to expect here.
