Restaurants open on NYE?

Hi group,
I have a friend coming into town for the week between Xmas and New Year´s and she asked me if there are any restaurants open on NYE. I have never gone out to eat that night and I thought she was crazy but it turns out a lot of places do close on the 24th and the 31st. (I called a few restaurants in Palermo to check.) Does anyone know of any decent restaurants that will be open "para las fiestas?" I just called Rodizio in Puerto Madero: they are in fact open but they have special events and tickets must be purchased in advance at 490 (Xmas Eve) and 590 pesos (NYE) a pop! Wow.

I have eaten out twice on NYE and always had to pay a substantial sum for such...I`m more downmarket/traditional and went to El Globo (Hipoloito Yrigoyen) where we danced the Conga round the restaurant 3 years ago!
