Salary For Embassy Workers

Several years I ago I had some friends working at the US Embassy in IT and Systems. They were not State Dept employees.
They were contract guys brought in from the states. Salaried at about $135K plus housing, schools
and full access to commissary paid in US$. This was 7 yrs ago I am not sure what todays deal is.

There is a similar position open now at the embassy for a computer assistant the salary is FSN-9 (ARS 6,468 bi-weekly, i.e. roughly ARS 13,000/month).

ghost, a whopping US$135k per annum plus fringe benefits? Men, that salary is reserved for Silicone valley engineers here in the states!
