You have WiFi on the street? It’s probably TeleCentro or some other service you can’t use, so forget all those networks in your iPhone. Just use 4/5G outside.

I absolutely have been connecting to TeleCentro; and turning OFF WiFi seems to have solved the connectivity problem (exactly as you said it would.) Later today i will be out and about much more than the quick moment at the cafe, Pero no tengo ninguna razón pensar que el no funcionar más tarde; De nuevo, muchas gracias

I did get a Claro SIM card today. I brought a credit card so I paid for it for it with cc. She asked cash or cc, so this branch seemed to take cash too!
