Selling on Mercadolibre

Nicoenarg: the DNI info he posted was... pi. I'd be shocked it was his real one, that would be quite an improbable coincidence.

Irrational too?! :)
I was amused to see that PI is the emergency number in the BA subways....what a perverted mind comes up with that!!

I have been very happy buying and selling on mercado libre. In the past couple weeks I've listed quite a few artworks for sale at prices that will probably upset vendors trying to sell paintings by the same artists (Jose Luis Menghi, Luis Cordiviola, Roberto Rossi, David Heneymann, Filipe De La Fuente, and Egidio Cerrito.

If you enter the artists' names in the search box you'll see what I mean.

Or just go directly to these links (the paintings I have for sale, many in lots of six for one price are included):

http://listado.mercadolibre.com.ar/luis-cordiviola

http://listado.mercadolibre.com.ar/Egidio-Cerrito

http://listado.mercadolibre.com.ar/filepe-de-la-fuente

If you click on my "signature" below you can see my current listings on mercado libre. Most are paintings I bought in 2007 and 2008. I was planning on taking them to the US where they have much greater value (just change the peso price to dollars), but I have no desire to return to the USA for any reason whatsoever. ;)

So, what's a permatourist with no DNI supposed to do?

Well, that´s the issue with the euphemisms.
If you avoid the euphemism and use the proper term, then you have the solution: to get a residency or a citizenship.

So do I understand that you cannot buy or sell on MercadoLibre if you don't have a DNI?

I tried to list an iPad 3, but since I don't have a DNI, LE, or LC (whatever the last two are) I can't sell anything. I can't just enter junk numbers either. Won't work.

The folks who own/run this site recently set up a classified section.

Why not give it a try?
