It is her. In all her 100% authentic craziness. The few times she's actually answered questions at conferences -- which have only been frankly at events outside of the country, her temper has eventually got the best of her. Her twitter feed shows a bit of her true personality. If she actually did press conferences the was the POTUS does, she would never have been re-elected. She's more than a little bit off the rails!
