If you do enter into financial dealings with her it is recommended that you proceed with extreme caution. She has disappeared with the deposits of several visitors to the city who entered into temporary rental agreements with her.

If I were you I would write her and tell her that if she doesn`t wire you the deposit you will take the time from now on to warn people in every webpage/forum, whatever she has a post also say that you have all the time and all the reasons to make it.... if she had a hostel then the AFIP or the city government would come and close down the place but in the case of a flat Iam not so sure she can get into trouble, but the warning will make her may be send you the money, let us know what happened.

Well,OK, Good, this has been effective. The Wiki is now sited for deletion, the Blog is down and Craigslist is gone. She knows what's going on here. And shes scrambling to cover. My guess is that on Monday Igor will get a call from an "attorney" demanding that this thread be removed from the site. [pending litigation or some half baked veiled threat]
