Studies at UNA

Has anyone here enrolled in full-time studies at UNA (Universidad Nacional de las Artes)? I had read somewhere that students could get acceptance but then couldn't enroll in any classes because the university was eternally over-enrolled, and was curious about others' experiences dealing with that and/or the rest of the red tape.

Apologies if this is a duplicate of another thread -- not surprisingly, searching "UNA" on here pulls up more than just results about the college.
