Thanksgiving

I have some friends coming in and we'd like to cook a turkey if we can find one and an oven large enough to use.

Careful with the turkeys from Jumbo's....some of the frozen ones are salt brined and VERY salty!!! Read the label first.

I have had fresh turkey from a Chicken Vendor in the Belgrano indoor market..his booth is right near the back door. Great chicken, best eggs and the turkey we had was fantastic!! You can order the size you want and they will deliver to your home!!
 
As for the size of the ovens, it might be best to get two small turkeys instead of getting one huge one.
 
i know of some friends holding a dinner, but i dont know if its open to outsiders. I'm having my birthday party later that night, if you are interested
