Look, the criminal procedure here is a mix of the continental system (writen) and the common law (oral).

In fact, for being accurante, it is like having 2 trials; One by the german system, one by the american system.

So, to be procesado means that he was found guilty in the continental law system because the standard for being procesado is super high.

Now he is waiting for the trial American style.

It is true that nowadays the politics fights use the criminal system but Macri has serious criminal issues long time before this phenomenon.

As far as I google it, there were many unserious complaints that were closed againts the former President while there are 214 criminal cases open against Macri.

Look, the press was againts her clearly but I cannot find how many criminal cases she has if there is only one that wasn`t dismissed.

Clarification: Elisa Carrio and Laura Alonso are not serious because they are serial whistleblower for the press and the complaints are never ratified (without it they are archived automaticly).

As of this publication there were 298 denuncias against Cristina personally. But I'm sure they were all "unserious" because you said so, and you're not a k. Badeni was my professor at University. He is a an enlightened conservative I respect even I almost always disagree. But read your own quote because it confirms my asserts:
