A) it is inapplicable to those immigrants who arrived before February 2017;
B) it is inapplicable because the SC has pacific precedents for over 70 years conceding citizenship without legal entry and legal residency;
C) the National Constitution was not abolished.

Well, the deportation wave is getting weaker.

For example, before the DNU if you had deportation order, you appealed and they gave you precaria. During the first year if the DNU they refuse to do it, today I was notified that a cliebt with arrest order for deportation was granted with precaria for appeal.

It means that if you have a deortation order, you have defense right and you can delay it for years meanwhile you get residency or citizenship.

However, for you there is no change as soon as you are a citizen

Today I found out that the deportation chief was fired for the scandal of illegal deportations that he carried out in violation of court orders (he is the autor of the DNU 70/2017)
That person defianced the judged and acchieved that even racist judges were against him.
