I beg to disagree about expensive flights for foreigners. I've recently read an article about a change in legislation when it comes to prices for foreigners so that does not apply anymore, hooray!
Having said that, domestic flights are still expensive compared to flights within the EU. Something to think about.

I think that was for entrance to international parks; nothing to do with flight subsidies for foreigners. The trick is to buy the domestic ticket with cash - you get (almost) the official rate exchange. But based on the questions of the OP(s?) they probably haven't learned about the blue dollar yet.... oh boy...
