Tourist Visa Overstay Process

So I have done this flying out of Ezeiza and it was easy....but now I am leaving by boat to Uruguay and of course I can´t seem to do this through the government website. Anybody know exactly where to go to get the B.U.R or whatever the form is called, to take to the bank and pay?

I am bumping this because I too want to know where to get the form. I have read banco la nacion, then I have read the naval thing, then migrations.
Is there a form? It wouldn't be Argentina with out a stamp and a form...and at least five lines... and perhaps another form and a stamp.
Has anybody out there done this?

Why are you so concerned about forms and banks, just walk in to the immigration office and pay the fine and get it extended right there and then.
