Traffic Congestion Website?

Driving to San Clemente from BA tomorrow. Very excited to have a car for the long weekend.

Want to leave early to avoid traffic. Any advice?

Also any advice on websites to show traffic congestion.

"BA MOVIL" is an app for your mobile device by the city of BSAS that gives "the state of traffic in real time" in capital. I used it a few times when going to work. Only good for CABA however.

Thank you. Have downloaded and it looks as if itll be a great help. Will also use the Waze App although not sure how many are using it in the area.
