Did you think about why they hire her instead of locals?
she is cheaper. She is available.

She is 20k short because she us not a citizen and she doesn't belong to the guild.

Sweden is socialist and they have State control on what work cost like precios cuidados here. You were quoting the Swedish INDEC???

It means that you call an electrician and you can schedule him in 6 months. Otherwise, if you want him before, they quote you for the job and they have 4 jobs at the same time.

Let's make it clear, he could move to Sweden tomorrow with half a day hassle, since eu brought that. They indeed hire his group (they work with security systems for transformators and similar stuff I don't really understand, on national levels),because they are cheaper, more effective and have credentials. But this is not some work you can seriously underpay, as Argentines pay Bolivian ladies... If he could earn 30k per month as simple electrician, he would be there for years now. Together with half balts, Polish, Russian and probably whole world electricians.

The only way electrician can earn this money is as director of his company. All the rest are earning significantly less than third of this money.

Please mikic, don't question the one and only Sweden expert Mr. Bajo. Even though all sources (including the link posted by himself) clearly are contrary to his statement, he is right! There is no room for error on his side. It is impossible that his father told him that they earn 30k SEK per month and he just got it wrong. It is also unnecessary to look any other sources up as they are not comprehensive and wrong. Only one man knows the average electrician salary in Sweden - Mr. "Ignorance is bliss" bajo!

Look, the power of the guild (union) is on artificial lack of work force, Swedish regulations on how the work has to be done and approval of the work done by the inspectors. That is why electricians from other countries cannot do it.
I m talking about construction electricians who are independent.
You talk about employeds. Hellooooooooo, independents always make more money.

You want to tell me, that electricians from abroad can design back up systems for billion dollars systems, but they are not qualified for simple construction electricity networks? And that no one wants 30.000€ worth job? Or that some polish electrician wouldn't be interested in four year studies just to obtain Swedish degree which would allow him to earn that money? Or that some guild in Sweden can act like the ones in Argentina and force poor Swedes to overpay by ten times this simple works?

Look bajo, I respect many of your insights, but here we have to stop. I can't see how someone could work this magical number, dependent or independent alone, without earning also as employer. This can happen in Argentina, but never in Sweden, where things are a bit more realistic and colectivo driver can't earn more than some qualified worker ...

I absolutely agree with you, however I did not see any investments in pre school, elementary or high school. Education creates wealth for a country, populism creates poor dependent lazy and ignorant people ( this is why I despise the K )
