Vegans in Violent Incident Protest with Slaughterhouse Workers

Very Interesting.

Something similar happens in India. The ruling party is hardcore "vegans" and calls the cow - "The mother". It prohibits killing of animals for eating ..especially cow or similar. But it does various atrocities to the minorities of India...such as kill them rape them, lynch them, behead them etc..but after doing all this, they go home and eat lentils!

Surely this source is completely factual and very unbiased on the subject matter

Well, it's an editorial piece. It's a comentary on the inherent hypocrisy of vegans using their personal dietary choice as a badge of moral and intellectual superiority over others. For instance, most vegans seem to be blissfully ignorant of the fact that the increased demand for things like palm oil, a common ingredient in many vegan products, is leading to large scale deforestation in Asia and Africa which is killing many animals. Not to mention the increased demand for (human) slave labor that this industry depends on.

I lived for a time in Singapore and would sometime drive to KL. You’d go through miles of palm-oil plantations. Where...

And most coffee addicts and chocolate consumers are blissfully ignorant of the fact that workers on coffee and cocoa plantations are treated like royalties and live in luxury conditions, eh. And the feedlots and the slaughterhouses are an example of humane treatment of the animals and the workers there are having a blast murdering them. And how about the Bangladesh clothing industry slaves? And Chinese Apple factories? And Dominican all inclusive resorts employees on 16 hours shifts with no weekends off and no vacations? Why all of us refine, educated, intelligent, cultured high society people just not cut the crap and stop pointing fingers at people that have different preferences. And stop being hypocrites and bragging about our unlimited financial resources, but face the facts and admit that the only reason we can afford our fancy lifestyles is that we are catered to by all those exploited...
