Venezuela: Mandatory Fingerprinting At Grocery Stores

I know not where thou wast educated, but apparently they lacked both logicians and spell-checkers.

i see ur not addressing the argument and defaulted to the level of insults, hence i have nothing to talk to you about. i will advise to everyone who respects reason and the rules of discussion to do the same.

Nah, in the last 40 years a change of paradigma happened, the Neo Liberanism replaced the welfare state, and million and million of middle class people became poor. Lots of countries, especially in Latin America, started to have a 30% of its population under the poverty line. This decade that started to change due to neo keynesianism policies.

Capitalism is esencially inequality, nothing else, and it needs to work billion of people excluded. And of course, a couple of multimillionaire with zillions in the bank that could not spend it in three lives.

I can't believe that Ajoknoblauch's potter drivel is no longer the most retarded crap in this thread...

i dont know where u were educated but civilized people either adrress arguments and give arguments of their based on facts or dont talk at all.
secondly by not adresing it you just show that u are intelctually bankrupt and just cant answer the question.

FYI: Wayne's PhD is from University of California, Berkeley

Yes and thank god. Do you know what percentage was even worse off in pre capitalist societies?

Capitalism isn't the end all and be all though, it's not infallible and is plagued with issues,
massive inequality, the rape and pillaging of Earth, and unsustainable growth/consumption.

Is living in a shack better than living in a cave? Damn right, but it's still not as nice as living
in a bungalow. The argument I make is that we can take what works with capitalism and try
to make society more equitable so the people actually creating/inventing, not just the financiers
and factory owners benefit from a race to the top, not a race to the bottom.

i dont think you understand, all the production is caused by the people who are inventors and financiers. some people are geniuses that can look at reality and understand laws. dare look at a scientific genius and tell him that you'r name needs to be in the law he discovered because of equality.
some people are geniuses in creating things necessary for men's lives. I would dare you to look at a productive genius and say that you deserve the profits from the effort he organizer.

As far as biology is concerned there are not two races, race is not up to ones ability to choose. There are people who think and people who don't. You, I and Everyone can choose whether he directs his attention to certain things. Those who think on how to enable survival of mankind become wealthy, your survival could not have been possible if not for the giants investigated, refined, tested, and produced vaccines. In that sense it is moronic to say there is a "race on the bottom".

Secondly in what fantasy would you think that the "race on the top" would benefit from stealing? They are the strong what does the weak have to offer them? If they are able what can they gain from the enable? The bottom should beg the race on the top and host it with a parade weekly.
Secondly if u think that John Smith can start production on his own you know nothing about the process of production and just want to play with magic with the end results. In essence you want the capitalist to work and you to tell them what to do with it. Like a genie that you clap your hands declare a wish and it gets things done. "how?" you dont know or care to know.
is there inequlity? yes. the cause of it? "Who cares, i dont like it". you talk about resources? have you ever seen a resource fall out of the sky? all you get out of the sky is rain, which needs to be in contact with soil you tilled to make food. To be directed into gathering canals to make water reserves. Resources are what man make, there are no natural resources.
if i were you i would not dare touch anything to do with deciding the fate of economics as one does not dare touch a medical subject he is not educated in.

I have often wondered why people don't bring something to read when they know there will be a long line or wait. I take things to read when I go to the supermarket.
I don´t know why people fight in a forum for nothing. May be they´ll must be reading a book

its actually funny but hes right, before capitalism everyone was equally in poverty. Well also in Russia everyone was also shoe less.

Somebody seems to be suffering from ideological myopia. For 99 percent-plus of human history, the concepts of wealth and poverty did not even exist, and human needs were easily satisfied: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Original_affluent_society

The ideologies of "socialism," "capitalism" and the like are almost equally irrelevant in this context. It was the growth of population, the adoption of agriculture, and the proliferation of sedentary societies that changed the equation. All today's societies are highly unequal - except for the handful of small-scale subsistence peoples who remain - but some are more functional than others. Capitalism can be more efficient than other mass societies, but it needs a consensus oversight from established institutions, as in the Scandinavian countries. Argentina and Venezuela, among others, have gone to dysfunctional extremes.
