El Mercado de San Telmo that takes up the whole block bordered by Estados Unidos, Defensa, Carlos Calvo, and Bolivar - it's a gorgeous building and they have vintage - ey clothe, shoes and bags. Also if you walk up defensa, through plaza derrego until under the bridge I came across a shop yesterday that is on that tip too. Just wandering round san telmo there's a few cute little shops with some decent finds in them.

There is a whole mall dedicated to vintage clothes on the corner of Santa Fe and Talcahuano.

Definitely the best place to rummage!
