Violent protests in Chile: Will this spread to Argentina?

According to this CNN article, Chile ranks the same as Germany and France in terms of social mobility.
Again, these are the folks that were rioting, looting and torching subway stations due to inequality. Fascinating stuff indeed.

So if I'm reading this correctly, it would take a low-income Chilean 180 years to reach the (current?) mean income level in their country, assuming a generation is 30 years?

Makes no sense, same as Germany?
 
An update from Santiago, Chile.
Carabineros are on trial , some convicted for Excessive use of force, Abuse , etc. Friday Evenings protesters gather downtown and hooded rioters build street barricades and burn tires, to be able to loot without the Carabineros intervention.

Out of a total 1552 legal complaints by the Government , number charged

  1. For Torching Subway Stations 15
  2. For serious damages to Subway Stations 6
  3. For assault to Subway 9


  1. Serious Legal complaints 16
  2. Convicts charged 31
  3. House arrest 22
  4. Free on parole 9
