Visiting BA on Business

I am visitng BA next week to research the expat market to see whether there is any requirement for international health insurance as I work for a broker who provides a number of US & European style policies. The policies offer options on area coverage i.e. Worldwide or Worldwide (Excl USA & Canada) there is also a policy offering regional cover. I would be interested to hear about any expat organisations or companies that may feel this is an area of interest to them.
