We're supposed to be doing a car boot sale on Sunday at San Isidro, but it looks like it'll be a wash out.

I usually get the forecast from weather.com. The local forecasts on the news are often wrong in comparison - not that any are perfect.

It's been a while since I've seen a weather forecast to be so wrong.
We'd booked and paid for a slot at a car boot sale or feria Americana for Sunday.
During the whole week smn.gov.ar had been forecasting rain all day Sunday.
Metba wasn't so sure.
Anyway, they cancelled the event late on Saturday, quite rightly imho.
It turned out to be a beautiful day.

just finished reading a book by a scientist about antartica....an engaging write by a scientist about the place right below us that (in my thinking) is going to greatly effect weather for us and the rest of the world in the NEAR future....
