Weekend or day trips

I would like to get a little break from the city and take either a weekend trip or a few small day trips, any suggestions. I have been to Tigre and loved it, but looking for others. I also want to go horseback riding for the day, suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Colonia, Uruguay is a nice one or two day trip, I just did it.
