Welcome To The Dictatorship Of Happiness

Why is it iffy?

From La Nacion, there are 4 million government workers and of those, according to the forensic services of KPMG there are 5%-7% ñoquis (assuming they mean literal ñoquis and not just talking about deadwood that don't do their jobs but show up...). Maybe they exaggerated a little on the higher number, but that's between 200K and 280K according to internal sources (La Nacion and KMPG both although KPMG is an internationally company, but this comes from the office in AR).

Or are you doubting that it will actually happen?

The numbers seem right. What I'm wondering is the workers' rights and union involvement in the event of their sacking.
I don't agree with ñoquis any more than you do mate.

Bajo, with all due respect, doesn't someone who applauds for Cristina no matter what she did and how she did it, with nothing at all bad to say about her (except for possibly the slightest of "yeah, well, but" at times) seem like an "applauding seal" as well?

Sure, but those who complained about hers, now are 10 times more obsequious with Macri. Cambiemos? Blablabla.

Macri use the standard of the 15 days without working per year. They are going to be fired.
This is what he did in the city.

The problem is that some workers, like scientist, didn't have until the last second of the former administration, maternity licence. So, all those who were mothers have more than 15 days off in that year.

I read Vidal talking about contracts review but seem she doesn't understand that the law of flexibility contracting (known as trash contracts) was abolished several years ago.

Wasn't trying to be combative, just wasn't sure which part you weren't agreeing with :)

That seems extreme to me, that the government itself would fire women on maternity leave. But if that's the case, then the new mothers can file a lawsuit. Of course, i'm sure they'll get the same justice my sister-in-law got for the same thing, being fired from a private company - three yeas and still waiting. Blah blah blah...
