Birds Eye Custard powder : No can do I am afraid. You will have to make do with a local powder I am afraid. Godet or Exquisita make similar stuff.

At the Walmart there they do Great Value mac and cheese ,the stuff in a box .

Fromage Blanc = Queso blanco
I bought it last week from Walmart .It is is in their cold cabinet in a green tub .$400 grams are around 10 pesos.

Cottage cheese has fallen out of favour in Argentina some years back and the large producers stopped making it. Some people I believe have found some off and on in small stores produced artesanalmente. I have not seen it
 
anyone need spices??? like caribbean jerk seasoning spice? montreal steak seasoning? old bay seasoning? chipotle adobo can? tazo teas? starbucks coffee? I will be going in late october so start making a list... negotiate a nice deal for all yous!lol

Dude! Both Montreal Steak rub and Old Bay for me, if possible! Old Bay being most important for me - I just tonight opened my last little can and I use it all the time. I used up the last of my Montreal Steak rub about a year ago, but I have various mixes that I make at times that work pretty well, although I'd give my left...well, I'd sure like some :)

And I can reimburse you dollars too ;)
 
I just bought toasted peanut oil at the big Carrefour in Paseo Alcorta last week. It is the first time I have seen it here in 7 years.
