I loved Rosario. It has a cute city center and riverfront. You can take a boat to the islands of the Parana. Up in the northern part of the city (must have car) there are cute beaches and restaurants along the beach before the big bridge. In the city center the costs were much less than BA. THe places to eat up north were a bit more pricy (more comparable to BA)

Does anyone know if the San Telmo fair is happening this Sunday, despite Easter? I'm leaving the city mid-week and was hoping to pick up a few things there before I go.
