What Your Favorite Argentinian Delicacy?

Bife de Chorizo.... where can you get this piece of meat...? Let me know

By all means, I loooooove the beef in Argentina. I just back from Dallas and ate in Texas de Brazil for the first time and when I tried the sirloin, tenderloin, salmon and chicken wrapped in ham I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I wish they had a Texas de Brazil in Buenos Aires.

berenjena a la pizza as a vegetarian theres not so much besides the sweet, sweet icecream and the facturas that really makes my mouth water and what i can get isnt specifically argentinean. besides this. i never got any freaking berenjena a la absolutely everything anywhere else. in argentina i seem to eat the things everyday.

My current favorite Argentine delicacy is extremely hard to get your hands on, and only worth it if you're trying to get rid of some pesos. When you do get ahold of this delicacy you feel like you're stealing candy from a baby. It's called the dolar oficial.

While reading this thread I was trying to think of a joke relating dulce de leche and 100 USD notes. After Steve's comment, I guess I'll just keep my mouth shut.
