Not yet, but soon: Argentina could restart international flights in October, source says
Argentina could resume international commercial flights in October, a transport ministry source said on Friday, indicating a potential light at the end of the tunnel for one of the world's strictest travel bans due to the coronavirus.

When International Flights are available does that mean they will allow non-residents soon? It is correct to think that just because they allow flights from the USA to Argentina they do not let in non-residents even if you bought a ticket? However, If they allow international flights then this must mean they will allow non-residents soon?
