Publication of the blue rate will be banned soon, I feel. Venezuela did this for their equivalent.
Not sure the other specifics of their currency controls but I am sure if we looked across it would give an idea of whats coming this way!

So here's my take on the emergency plan hacked together today ( Kircherner financial planning).
The central bank has no USD at all to pay the bills, so anyone with USD in white or black (they don't care) can give it to them and get a "guaranteed" certificate from them.

I can see everyone lining up at the central bank now with suitcases full of $100 bills looking to give it to these folks in hope of a 4 % return.
