Wife really wants to go back to Argentina with kid

I never had to even think about whether I should have to pay for medical care before. It just never crossed my mind in the UK and I still don't understand why I need to pay in Argentina to receive roughly the level of attention, care, and quality (doctors, facilities, medicines, etc.) I received for free in the UK. However, I would rather be in the Argentine helthcare system than the nightmare system that is in the U.S., where it's all about making money. Funny thing is, people from the U.S. like to shit on the NHS, including Trump.
