Hi,

I'm an intern searching for authentic recipes in Argentina. It doesn't matter where you're from or how experienced you are at cooking, all recipes for food that can be made in Argentina is welcome!!

Please email me or call me at 15-6710-9664 if you're interested in sharing your recipes with me!

Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for the responses! I just want to clarify that by "authentic" I mean that the recipes cannot be copied from any source.

Thanks,
Abby

And what would you do with these recipes? Are you going to publish them or make them?

I read does your Receipts matter ... and about to write You Bet ;-))

sorry will put my glasses on

Have you looked at the cookery section in el Ateneo which is incidentally one of the ten best bookshops in the world?

I'd recommend:

Asi cocinan los argentinos/How Argentina cooks by Alberto Vazquez Prego 1977 and updated

Somewhat traditional layout = without paying for loads of spurious glossy pics = good

Written in both castillano y English so good for language practice and helps identification of ingredients

I did have another good argentinian cookbook but lent it out and forgotten to whom

ahhh now Ive put my glasses on I can see that you are asking only for unpublished ones. I dont think you will find there are many!! - sorry but perhaps knowing this book exists and is recommended may help someone else
