I thoroughly recommend Puesto Viejo in Canuelas, it's run by an expat British guy and his Argentine wife and it's amazing. Lobobus takes you from downtown BA to Canuelas and they collect you from your stop. There's usually someone at Lobobus that speaks English and tell them where you're going...

I agree with you. Every week there seems to be a new and horrifying headline in the paper that just wouldn't be tolerated in most countries. Argentines just seemed so resigned to it though. This lowering of the voting age has got to be the final straw surely?
