If you have more than one guest arriving at the Aeroparque, Manuel Tienda Leon makes no sense at $30/person to Retiro. Just tell them to take a cab from the airport to San Telmo. It'll be about 60 pesos and get you door to door rather than leave the guests in Retiro and taking two subway lines...

An update- I was the OP. went to retiro and got the package for free after speaking with a woman in the back room, explaining that it was just used clothing. Always ship USPS to avoid EZE.
