Please do not totally discount all North American Cheddar . Vermont Cabot is quite good if you choose the most aged. I agree English cheddar tend to be superior. Anything processed is completely out of the question.

There are a lot of great uses for Olives. As a garnish on Pizza merely to add some color or flavor to something so boring and bland is just trying to hide the fact the pizza here is , well , not so good...........
