Please do not totally discount all North American Cheddar . Vermont Cabot is quite good if you choose the most aged. I agree English cheddar tend to be superior. Anything processed is completely out of the question.

There are a lot of great uses for Olives. As a garnish on Pizza merely to add some color or flavor to something so boring and bland is just trying to hide the fact the pizza here is , well , not so good...........

In my kitchen , I do as I please.
 
My local place is OK: But Italy is much better. Although the corruption in Argentina has Italy beat ten fold.

First you say Italian pizza is better than Argentine pizza. Then you say that corruption in Argentina is 10 times that of Italy - Now that one is harder to swallow than an awful slice of Italian Pie washed down with a nice Chianti.

Next you'll be telling us AC Milan is better than the Boca Juniors.

But olives on a nice pizza only make it an even better pizza. Although i like people like you, that dont need olives on their pizza. It means i can eat all of them.
