Yes, it would appear so, but in my books, if it wasn't for the fact that she's got her hand in the ANSES fund$, that 30% that voted for her party in the last elections would have been reduced down to 12% to 15%...she's not a public speaker, she can't debate anyone cause she looses it, couldn't survive one second in her Harvard appearance in front of the students , she's a sick control freak who doesn't know how to discipline herself at work hence the health issues , she's complete mess with all her policies & will never govern her way out of a wet paper bag...etc ..she's a spent 'pity for the widow' force ...people should stop giving this botox hag so much credit I think.
