7 Reasons I'm Voting This Sunday For Recalde...

And the local economy is developed by pumping money into an unprofitable company? Or did I just miss the thousands of commuters who can now fly to work?

Roads are also unprofitable, perhaps you didn´t realized it, but improving roads also improves the economy. So, yes.

Yes, because there are in fact thousands of commuters on the road. How many do you think are on airplanes?

400.000 on Aerolineas:

But this not the point. Argentina is huge and to travel by airplane improves a lot the eficiency of busisness. I flew to Neuquen on sunday night and came back on Monday midday. I flew on Wednesday night to Comodoro Rivadavia and came back the day after at midday. The cost was the same than the bus but saving a lot of hours and energy.
The first destination was 1100 kms from home (Gral. Roca Federal Chamber) while the second was 1700 kms away (Comodoro Rivadavia Federal Chamber).

So, WTF are you talking about?

If you'd be capable of doing simple math and cost analysis, you'd know what I'm talking about...

Enlight me.

"En 2013, bajo la gestión del CEO de la empresa estatal, Mariano Recalde, el rojo se redujo a 250 millones con una facturación de 2000 millones de dólares [sup]77[/sup] ya en enero de 2015 Aerolíneas Argentinas dio un superávit por unos 14 millones de dólares."

Congratulations. I must have been wrong. You convinced me that Aerolineas is now a profitable company - I don't need to see anything like a balance sheet to believe it, as the president said it in a speech. And we know how good her math skills are (https://youtu.be/qXBdDeWzKj4). Also, official numbers here have the reputation to be extremely exact - we all experienced that the inflation in 2013 was in fact just 10% p.a. ... Where can i vote for "vuelos para todos"?

Another example of how Macri uses our taxes:

Given the 3 metric tons of dog shlt on the sidewalks every street block, I think this is a good investment of the city's taxes. Even better would be to fine the dog owners who don't clean after their pets. Repeat offenders who don't pay the fines should be subject to arrest. But I'm guessing Macri can't do that because he'd be accused of fascism and Hebe de Bonafini's head would literally explode.
