678 have set a bulldog out who is desperate to talk about clarin with people where as most people are trying to talk about the problems rather than clarin.

Seemed to be a cross section of families, some with kids, senior citizens and university age kids at cabildo.

I definitely did not detect anything sinister, insecurity and inflation where the primary gripes.
 
and of course the only comment on the news is the reporter that got punched by the demonstrator, which to me was planned!
 
Iam against re election, more than 2 terms is Monarchy, not my words but President Lula´s word

He said he was a Clarin reporter, but he had a weird German accent ;)

Umm, wasn't he a Socialist? It always amazes me when the left pulls the Nazi card. It really just de-legitimizes their entire conversation right then and there.

Bottom line: authoritarian regimes have a really hard time with criticism, whether they are left or right.

Hitler and Stalin were on different sides of the political spectrum and hated each other with a passion, but to me they seemed exactly the same. They both oppressed and murdered their people, stiffed any dissent and only the insiders and cronies saw any benefits. Unfortunately Argentina along with the US, Russia, China etc seem to be going in that same direction...
