Aerolineas Cancellations

Actually it's not 'para todos'. If you look at some of the recent legislations, it's basically subsidizing from the bottom to the middle/top. While the subsidies are paid by taxes and thus all people, including workers which just earn enough to get food on the table, I'm pretty sure that the latter won't fly as much or can buy US$ and sell it to a cuave to make some decent money. So basically the poorer workers fund the middle class - I guess that's what they call inclusion here...

Is it the case that someone's retarded cousin gets a critical maintenance job just because he has relations in the Victory Front or La Campora?!?!?!

Ummm.. According to tax rates those on low income pay no income tax (In 2013 the law was changed to <15,000 pesos). So it is actually the middle and upper class subsidising both the social programs (good and bad) and the Government corruption and inefficiencies (like the running of Aerolineas Argentina and Futbal para todos etc).

In addition, all families earning up to 15,000 pesos in gross salary will also be beneficiaries of family benefit schemes.

You are still paying taxes, income tax is not only tax existing here. Argentina is very discriminating country. They just decide, that someone with a bit lower salary shouldn't save any money, while certain barios have huge subsidies no matter of someone's income... List of discrimination is endless and without any sense.

I highly doubt it. Aerolineas' safety record is above average, the recent incident of a model gaining access to the cockpit and playing with the controls notwithstanding.

But I have no problem at all imagining a scenario where x (o rather xxxxxxx) amount of money is wasted on account of poor work - be it due to unqualified employees or because nobody is afraid of being fired and/or in general don't give a crap about the job being done well. I think I've come across that kind of employee once or twice here.

As mikic noted, income tax is just a part of the total tax income. Also, even if everything would only be financed by income tax: the two examples I made would still be valid as the more a person earns, the more he/she uses subsidized services, i.e., on average travels more often by plane and changes more money to US$. Thus, we have a distribution effect from people with lower income to people with higher income, which is a weird concept for a party that always claims to be all about inclusion.

Aerolineas offered US$ 400 compensation for passengers to Miami whose flights were cancelled,,,!!

I dont wanna discuss, believe me, but I still can not understand the argument people here on theis board have to FUTBOL PARA TODOS.

My argument, as I explained here several times, is quite clear.

Futbol is very important to argentines. I rather have it for free, by this, I mean not paying a cent, and this is awesome to the poor (who give to futbol more importance than me) than paying to a company equally mafious to the government.

So, one is an entretainment for free, for the people to enjoy, especially the poor, and the other is the enrichment of a private company, sucking working class money.

Two clear options.

It's because you are resistant to logic. We explained several times that your thinking 'I get something for free' is deeply flawed, but you still don't seem to understand it... Argentines also like dulce de leche, fernet, mate, carne, ... - why not give them that too if everything is 'for free'? We don't want that evil companies sell it to them and suck the working class money, do we?

Socialist thinking has changed over the decades. In the beginning Socialists wanted control of the means of production. After repeated failures in that struggle they have come to reorient themselves into getting "free shit". Socialists and their minions are currently known as the "Free Shit Army" (FSA). The FSA is particularly strong in the former democracy of Greece.
