My guess is this means the radar system for the airports has broken down again or something along these lines. I haven't seen any reports on this. Kind of a homemade no fly zone for Argentina.

The sad truth is that Argentina would be better off if it were annexed to Chile, assuming that Chile and not Argentina ran the government.
