Yes, very true, but they have like an entire Kabbutz of employees working there, with a well oiled system and it moves quicker than any Disco or Carrefour line here.

Just a follow up on this :

B&H doesn't ship to hotels, so I went to the store myself. As advised, checked if it was open on saturday (it isn't), went early on sunday, and of course they had it in stock. How could I ever think they wouldn't?

It is huge, it is enormous. I never saw anything quite like it. I can imagine it is a madhouse if you don't go early. And when they asked my ID when i gave them my creditcard, I gave them my DNI, as I had forgotten my pasport, and they SPOKE TO ME IN SPANISH! You have to go to NY for that!
