Isn't it sad how obvious and ridiculous the justice system is? Can we please get the name of the lawyer and judge representing the deceased scumbag? I really hope the judge never requires the Police to look after him.

The judge in charge of the case is named in today's article in La Nacion.

El juez Velázquez, a cargo del Juzgado Nacional de Menores 1 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, recaratuló ayer el hecho como "homicidio" por entender que el Chocobar se "excedió en el uso de su legítima defensa".

The Mayor of the city should give Mr. Chocobar a medal. And the Judge who sanctioned the cop should be remove from his post.
BTW,...the thief who died had a criminal record.
