I, for one, am having a blast watching the discussion. The racist remarks are just pure gold. I've heard them many times on the street, but to see it as written proof of the "ugly Argentine" character, which it is known in all of South America, and recorded for posterity it is just awesome.

Its simply unbelievable that reaction to the racist accusations, not only doesnt deny or try to put it into context or reverse, etc, he just upgrades it and climbs another level!

All Argentines of today? Certainly not. But he does represent a non trivial segment of Argentine society. And he does represent a lot of how Argentine society used to talk to the rest of Latin America up until the 1970s. A lot of the outright disdain that most of South America has towards Argentina can be traced back to people like him. Not saying that it is fair. But that is what it is.

This is super offensive towards Uruguayans who for 197 years have been doing everything within their reach not to be neither more nor less like Argentines.

As for the many lost Colombians and misguided Paraguayans in Argentina: thanks to them we get service with a smile at the cafe and wives for prominent forum members. I think you have a problem with real Argentines who have been living here for more than three generations.

Go back to Chernobyl and enjoy "white" Europe.

have you noticed the big increase in the number of colombians here and the huge increase in drug trafficking here?
