FlyBondi has been asked to provide further info to the government before going onto the next stage.

They have a very ambitious program but have been asked to provide concrete details of contracts for purchase or leasing of aircraft

Three airlines . American Jet , Alas del Sur and Andes have been approved for the next stage.

With Aerolineas Argentina being owned by the government and such a large player in the market, I will believe a low cost airline ticket is possible when I get done paying for one.

Ezeiza and aeroparque airports were so covenient.

Now get ready for crowds and delays

There is a floor for airline Fares set up by the government , can`t go below that...!! B)

If I understand Macri's plan correctly, it would allow flights directly between the smaller cities of Argentina, avoiding Buenos Aires completely. Here is a video of the plan (9 minutes, Spanish): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cCc2Q1bjLMA

I think the plan would lower or remove that floor.

Will have to go through Congress... Who knows maybe you are right.
Many people ask how could have cheaper fares...? Reducing Airport charges, personnel , extras, Maintenance fees??, luggage allowance , Cabin attendants, Less experienced/Cheaper Pilots, Etc.

Airline workers Unions are opposed to the approval of Low Cost Airline service
