BA 114th in most visited cities

This is offcourse a non-list because it does not says the difference between someone who is travelling for business or holiday.

I for example arrived 2 times in BA from Europe, 2 times from Uruguay and 1 time from Chile due to visits at home, business trips and visa rules. (semi) illegal immigrants from countries like Bolivia, Peru or Paraguay also count as tourists

If you could have sources that counts the unique visitors per year and only counts the people that actually como for tourism it would be pretty nice

Actually, the article provies figures for 2006 and 2007.

BA was 42nd on the 2007 list...up from 114th place in 2006.

According to the article, the number of foreign visitors increased from 395,000 in 2006 to 2,286,000 in 2007.
