Rents in Argentina for luxury are as dear as anywhere imho . Top buildings in Puerto Madero is very common to pay 4000 a month for 200 square metre apartments

I have a friend that rented an over 500 sq meter place in San Telmo for $1200 a month, fully furnished by the way, but the deal was closed in August of this year. I don't have any idea how much the rents have increased since then
