I didn't know there were molecular restaurants here.
There is this famous one near (?) Barcelona where the Chef opens only 6 months a year. But he got into some problems (many customers ended up with digestive complications ).
I've never tried one, but I wish to do it someday (food cold-fried into azot and such things... I am curious).
