Building A Living Quarter In Argentina

Anyone has built a detached house in the suburbs closer to Bs As and how much set you back.? Or purchased one like and how much
that smallish house costed you?
steveinbsas-san, how large is your property in your neck of the woods? House dimension plus your land? How much approximate ?

Ayn's Acolytes are purging perceived collectivists, which will leave the population of Galt's Gulch talking to himself.

Question here. Can I buy~build an approx 100 sq mtr on a 5 k sq mtr land and to build a house with "tiled roof" not the tin foil ones very much seen in Chile there in the suburbs of C F close to Bs As with US$100k?

I wonder, how much for an "estancia" a la steveinbsas-san's ones cost? Gastos mensuales, such as: Gas/Electricity phone/internet- maid service etc cost me monthly ?

I suggest you buy rather than build.

Here is a sweet little cottage close to Pilar and close to you price range:

The lot is less than half the size you specified, but from my own experience, 2000-2500 meters is plenty of land to live on.

This looks like a great value but of course you'd have to see it in person to form your own opinion.

If you search for "quintas" ("residential farms" in English) you will find many others.

Here's one EN EXALTACIÓN DE LA CRUZ, PARADA ROBLES, BARRIO EL ZORZAL with almost 3000 metes sq. for exactly $100,000.

It was included in a search for quintas in Gran Buenos Aires - Zona Norte.

I am not familiar with the Barrio El Zorzal. Pilar is probably more desirable.

Either way, you run the risk of being surrounded by Christians.

Coincidence but the first house I rented in Del Viso was 200 meters away from that one.
It's on a dirt road, neighbours go from average middle class to lower middle class.
The train station (direct to Retiro) is 3 min away walking (Manuel Alberti), and since it's almost the start of the line, you're guaranteed a seat if you go to Retiro.
Police station is 5 mins away but security could be an issue (if you don't have dogs).

For 50.000 USD more, you can get a bigger house in a gated community in Del Viso

So, a new epithet for "collectivists."
